| From the 19th September Cooper and Turner will introduce a new test certificate procedure aimed at improving overal customer service.
This process improvement, prompted by customer concerns, will see the existing advice notes, test certificates and certificates of conformity combined into a single document.
All products, whether supplied as individual items (such as bolts, nuts and washers) or assembly parts will be issued with this new document, which clearly details all appropriate data and test information.
Further more, the information will have already been validated by the Q.C. department to ensure accuracy of the test details.

This improved procedure will result in
- a reduced number of documents for each delivery
- a certificate that is easier to understand
- no deliveries being dispatched without certification
